Track points and coupons: Every time you earn a new coupon, it will come through your Lagniappe Rewards Dashboard.   Earn points with every in-store or online purchase; accrue points and receive money-saving coupons. Have an accurate account of your past purchases and access online and in-store purchase information, including receipts. Get a copy of your receipt emailed or texted to you. Access your account via mobile phone or computer. Receive emails and updates about special savings, which you can opt out of.

You will earn Lagniappe Rewards points with every online or in-store purchase. Points accrue based on a purchase's pre-tax subtotal. Points are not earned on services, such as workshop services, delivery or rentals.

You’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend on a purchase, before tax, up to a maximum of 2,000 points in a single transaction. When a single transaction's point accrual exceeds 2,000, the additional points will be banked toward your next points-based coupon. Nutshell: You’ll receive a $5 OFF coupon on every 200 points earned. No, points are only accrued when a purchase is made using your Lagniappe Rewards account.

Whether you signed up in-store or online, you must digitally activate your account to access your Dashboard. We’ll email an activation link to the address you provided at signup. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to view your Dashboard.

Log into your Lagniappe Rewards account and use your Dashboard to track your points, coupons and receipts.

If you haven’t updated your profile with your information, it’s not too late to get your yearly coupon! Open your Lagniappe Rewards profile, go to Rewards Information and add your birthday month. On the first day of your birthday month, you’ll get a one-time coupon for 10% OFF a single purchase during that month.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase for points to load onto your Lagniappe Rewards Dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please contact the store where your purchase was made.

Of course, we hope that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. For an occasional item return, we will not remove your points. Per our return policy, no returns are accepted on weather-related or clearance items.
