HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can sign up in store or online—it’s free! Simply provide your name, phone number & email address. After signing up, check your email or texts for a link to activate your new account. Shortly thereafter, you can log into your online account Dashboard. You’ll even have a $5 OFF coupon waiting! Please note: Landline telephone numbers can be used, but will not receive text messages.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Lagniappe Rewards is open to those 18 years or older with a valid email address. Multiple members of the same household can have separate accounts if they provide their individual email & phone number. Morrison Terrebonne Hardware/CNRG employees are not eligible.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OUT OF MY LAGNIAPPE REWARDS ACCOUNT?

Use your Lagniappe Rewards Dashboard to:
See your current point level and how close you are to your next Lagniappe Rewards coupon.
Track points and coupons: Every time you earn a new coupon, it will come through your Lagniappe Rewards Dashboard.  
Earn points with every in-store or online purchase; accrue points and receive money-saving coupons.
Have an accurate account of your past purchases and access online and in-store purchase information, including receipts.
Get a copy of your receipt emailed or texted to you.
Access your account via mobile phone or computer.
Receive emails and updates about special savings, which you can opt out of.

WHAT PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS?

You will earn Lagniappe Rewards points with every online or in-store purchase. Points accrue based on a purchase's pre-tax subtotal. Points are not earned on services, such as workshop services, delivery or rentals.

HOW MANY POINTS UNTIL MY NEXT COUPON?

Accepted Answer

You’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend on a purchase, before tax, up to a maximum of 2,000 points in a single transaction. When a single transaction's point accrual exceeds 2,000, the additional points will be banked toward your next points-based coupon. Nutshell: You’ll receive a $5 OFF coupon on every 200 points earned.

800 points = $20 coupon

1,000 points = $25 coupon

1,200 points = $30 coupon

1,400 points = $35 coupon

2,000 points = $50 coupon

DO LAGNIAPPE REWARDS POINTS & COUPONS EXPIRE?

Points never expire, but coupons do based on type:
$5 OFF sign-up coupon expires 60 days from joining
Rewards coupons expire 30 days after issue
Birthday coupon expires at the end of your birthday month
You can see the expiration dates for each coupon on your Lagniappe Rewards Dashboard.

CAN I EARN POINTS IF I SHOP ONLINE & CHECK OUT AS A GUEST?

No, points are only accrued when a purchase is made using your Lagniappe Rewards account.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY LAGNIAPPE REWARDS DASHBOARD?

Accepted Answer

Whether you signed up in-store or online, you must digitally activate your account to access your Dashboard. We’ll email an activation link to the address you provided at signup. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to view your Dashboard.

HOW DO I ACCESS LAGNIAPPE REWARDS COUPONS, POINTS & RECEIPTS?

Log into your Lagniappe Rewards account and use your Dashboard to track your points, coupons and receipts.

HOW DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY MONTH COUPON?

If you haven’t updated your profile with your information, it’s not too late to get your yearly coupon! Open your Lagniappe Rewards profile, go to Rewards Information and add your birthday month. On the first day of your birthday month, you’ll get a one-time coupon for 10% OFF a single purchase during that month.

WHAT DO I DO IF I’M MISSING POINTS?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase for points to load onto your Lagniappe Rewards Dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please contact the store where your purchase was made.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Accepted Answer

Of course, we hope that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. For an occasional item return, we will not remove your points. Per our return policy, no returns are accepted on weather-related or clearance items.
